Sprintbit Playlist Manager is an excellent program with which you can create and edit playlists in the following formats: M3U, ASX, PLS, B4S, WPL, WAX, WVX, WMX, PPL, SMP, XSPF, ZPL and PLA.

The playlists can be exported to PDF, TXT etc and so be consulted at any time; or even converted into some other usual formats that playlists are often found in.
